- The new line of DishPro switch and LNBF products will:
- simplify installation. Currently, two cables are required per
orbital location when connecting to an SW44 or SW64; bandstacking
reduces installation to one cable per orbital location.
- include advanced diagnostics and improve reliability - DiSEqC
2.0 compliant
- increase cable lengths up to 200 feet (when using copper clad
center conductor RG-6 or better).
- DiSEqC 2.0 compliance: means non-EchoStar DiSEqC 2.0 compliant
parts can be used.
- "Plug-and-Play" compatibility among the DishPro product
line: all products that support DishPro technology will carry the
DishPro logo.
- Enhanced receiver features, such as "Super Surge"
(enhanced electrical surge protection) and Caller ID (when enabled).
- A DishPro receiver can power up to three DishPro LNBFs (three
DishPro Single LNBFs or one DishPro Single and one DishPro Twin LNBF)
and one DP34 switch.
