DiSEqC 2.0 - Digital Satellite Equipment Control (pronounced "Die Sec"). A European specification that is an "open standard". It allows for two-way communication between receivers, switches and LNBFs for improved diagnostics. In addition, its method of communicating allows for the use of increased cable lengths - up to 200 feet of copper clad center conductor RG-6 cable or better - from the LNBF to the furthest receiver.
